About the Role
AirStar Academy is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Executive to guide aspiring students throughout their admission journey. In this role, you will handle walk-in visitors, telephonic enquiries, and online leads, helping students choose the right course while ensuring a smooth and professional admission experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Attend walk-in students, parents, and direct enquiries at the academy.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Follow up regularly with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing the right guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Ensure timely communication with all prospective students until the admission process is complete.
- Coordinate with the admissions and telecalling teams to achieve enrolment targets.
- Deliver a professional and welcoming experience to every student and parent visiting the academy.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
